Software is returnable only if the package has not been opened. If the product has been opened we cannot accept a return and all sales are final. Software purchased by download cannot be returned nor the purchase refunded. There is a free demonstration version of the software available through the website www.designsafe.com to test the software.

Downloadable online training:

Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. There is a trailer available via the website (www.designsafe.com) to test and see if your system will permit you to view the online training.
