Video return policy

We want to make sure any video that you purchase from design safety engineering meets your risk assessment needs.

If a video does not fulfill your expectations, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges within 15 days of the initial product shipping date.

We, at dse, pride ourselves in the quality of products and resources provided to our clients. If any item purchased from design safety engineering is defective, it will be replaced immediately.

Return Instructions

To return an item, please call us at 888-628-8788 prior to shipping it back. This will help insure your return is processed promptly and that you are properly credited when the refund is made.

Full refund, less shipping and handling, will be given on any return within 15 days of the initial shipping date. Unless return is due to a defect in the product, returns made later than 15 days after initial shipping date will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept items returned later than 30 days after the initial shipping date.

Merchandise must be returned intact and in a condition that allows for resale.

To use these materials for actual training or implementation and then return then for a refund is a violation of copyright that can be prosecuted by the copyright holder under civil and criminal laws.
